While this Privacy Policy describes how we treat personal information we collect from the Fireside Sites, please be aware that additional terms and conditions may apply to the use of the Fireside Sites.

Information you provide to us. We may collect personal information about you when you provide it to us while registering for an account or using or interacting with the Fireside Sites. You may be required to register in order to be granted access to certain information, services, and/or products on the Fireside Sites.

  • Account Information (such as username, password, or employee ID (if you are an employee of fireside MARKET);

We will use commercially reasonable efforts to process such request in a timely manner. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights related to your personal information. fireside MARKET Rewards Members 

  • Company administers the fireside MARKET Rewards Program. Your enrollment in the Rewards program is free and completely voluntary. Enrollment requires your consent to the Rewards Terms and Conditions and verifying that you are at least 13 years of age. When you enroll in the fireside MARKET Rewards program, you will be asked to provide certain personal information to us, including (but not limited to) your first and last name, email address, Zip Code, a password, phone number, and Date of Birth. We use this personal information to register you into the fireside MARKET Rewards program, administer the program, process your rewards, and communicate offers to you - both from ourselves and third-party partners. 

  • As a fireside MARKET Rewards member, you may opt-in to receive notifications of various offers and programs from the Company. Please know that your participation in these offers and programs is always voluntary and requires you to affirmatively “opt-in” to participate. 

  • You can change your decision to participate in the fireside MARKET Rewards program at any time. Changes to or the deletion of your account can be done by logging into your fireside MARKET Rewards account and requesting account deletion (located in Edit Account function) or by contacting us via our contact page: https://www.firesidemarket.com/contact  

  • Please know that deleting your fireside MARKET Rewards Membership will result in the loss of all your fireside MARKET Rewards points. You will not be able to earn fireside MARKET Rewards points unless you re-enroll in the fireside MARKET Rewards program.

To protect the privacy of personal information provided by you, Company has implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.  

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. We urge you to take every precaution to protect your personal information when you are on the internet. Although we will take reasonable efforts to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of such information transmitted to the Fireside Sites. Children Under the Age of 13 

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. Company reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time without notice to you, and Company will post any changes to this Privacy Policy on the Fireside Sites as soon as they go into effect. We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy regularly for any changes.
